FAce Paint Removal Tips
- Wipe off any chunky glitter particles first with a tissues or wet wipe and throw in the rubbish bin.
- WITHOUT wetting the skin, apply a soap/face wash to the face paint and massage in. Choose a soap that you would normally feel comfortable using on your child's face. After this step you will have created a big, muddy mess…never fear!
- With a wet wash cloth, gently wipe away the soap/face paint combo.
- Rinse face with lukewarm water and pat dry.
PSA- It is normal for some pigments to leave minor staining on the skin (particularly greens and reds). To combat this issue, using a dash of a skin safe oil (eg olive oil or coconut oil) on a cotton ball can help to lift the stain. It is not normal for stains to linger for more than a few days (on washed skin).
